I really adore this dress from Posh Shoppe.  Checkered print is on trend this fall, yet it is also a very timeless print.  This super cute shirt dress has a touch of stretch and couldn’t be more comfortable. Now, that is definitely a winning combination for me.  I was instantly drawn to the dress when I spotted it on the Posh Shoppe website.

This dress commands attention and the compliments were overflowing today at work.  The tie-front sash at the waistline and a full a-line skirt really gives the dress a sophisticated look, and the best part is that you can wear this dress everywhere!  I can wear it to work, church, and to social functions. What more could you ask for?  I’m not even going to talk about how I go crazy over any dress that has pockets (It was truly love at first sight).  A functional wardrobe is key, and I love to add pieces to my wardrobe that I can get a lot of use from.

If you are looking for a really lovely dress that is appropriate for every environment, this dress from Posh Shoppe may be it. It’s a very ladylike style, but edgy at the same time.  I just adore it basically.  What are your thoughts on the checkered print trend?

I absolutely LOVE this look!!! So classic and timeless. Fab choice for shoe color…any red tone would have worked but I like that you chose something more in the cranberry family…it screams fall.

  • A very classic look and you wear it so very well. Enjoy!

  • You look great, and the shoe sets it off!
